Dear Customers,

We receive a notice that start from 24th August all courier company and Pos Laju will stop delivery. International incoming shipments will not be able to clear out after 23rd August.

Pos Laju / Custom / Courier Company will close for a week during Hari Raya celebration.

Please note that all shipment suppose to reach around 25th/26th August (Order made between 9th-15th August) will DELAYED until after Raya.

Order for 16th - 22nd August will combine with 23rd - 29th August which delivery date will be around 8th / 9th Sept.

Sorry for all the troubles caused. We will try our best to send out the item to you before Raya but if cannot make it on time, please bear in mind that your item will send after Raya.

Pig Skin Lining Dilemma

Major dilemmas have been brought up in the recent online shopping …

Are we purchasing Pig Skin Lining Shoes?

In fact, as I’m a non-Muslim seller, I really have no idea how to check on the pig skin lining at the first stage… Thus, I have made tons of refund / return / exchange to customers who complaint that our shoes are made of pig skin lining… :(

We checked with factory again and again, googling again and again and to be friend until now I am not sure either… (T.T) (forgive me as I’m not a pig skin lining scholar)

However, I think I have to make my effort clear up this thought…
(At least is a respect to my Muslim’s customer, I think… ** winks **)

First of all, how would we know that is not made of pig skin lining ?

Ok, this is how we work with factory. Every time when factory send us the new arrivals notice, they did indicate clearly on the material section whether it is made of leather, pig skin leather, PU leather, Cow leather & etc… I personally have come across few types of shoes which tagged with "Pig Skin Lining" but all those shoes I never uploaded it to our gallery. :D

Secondly, we have checked with factory why 3 dots still appears on the shoes ? Why ?

They told us that those are manmade leather. They are trying to make these artificial pig skins look more ‘genuine’. Simply because genuine pig skin leather raw material is very expensive… The genuine pig skin shoe would have cost over RM 200++ !!
Also, the way of arranging during production affected the outlook of shoes. Using PVC and Plastic material during production will create the 3dots looks as well…

The conclusion is we can boldly say that according to the information given by our factory --- Our shoes are NOT made of pig skin.

However, we understand that some of our Muslim’s customers still worry those are made of pig skin.

As we said earlier, we really are not the scholar of pig skin lining. We cannot check on science lab whether it’s pig skin lining or not… We are selling according to the information given by factory.

Therefore, to be fair to both Agape Boutique and Muslim’s customers, we feel it’s better that if you are sensitive on the Pig Skin Lining issue, with NO OFFEND, please DO NOT place order with us.

Of course we too would like to have more sales, but to create misunderstanding and to be crown with A NON-HONEST online boutique, I think this will be the best way :D

My Notebook Was Stolen

1. Shoe sold are not refundable or exchangeable.

2. In view of sizes discrepancies, if the size cannot fit, the best we can do it to help the buyer resell it. We will only pay buyer once the shoe was purchased by another customer.

3. We will include a detailed description of every item for the buyers to refer.

4. Buyers is advise to purchase slightly bigger size than the normal size you wear.

5. Due to setting of the monitor, color might be slightly different with the picture posted; therefore, we will state the actual color of the item. Please DO NOT place order if you cannot accept the difference.

6. Out of stock might happened on pre-order item. Don’t worry, we will inform you and refund the full amount.

7. Please DO NOT place order if you are unable to wait for the shipment to arrive.

8. According to factory they are using man made PU skin, Cow or Deer Skin to manufacture the shoes. As we are not the manucfacturer, we cannot make sure the type of skin used for the shoes. Please DO NOT place order if you are sensitive on what type of skin been used or religion related issue.

9. Customer will need to bear the risk for all pre-order items. We will not hold responsible for complaint such as different color, not as nice as imagine, too small, too big, quality not as good as imagine, small stain, don’t like the color, the leather / skin is Pig Skin or not as I expected and etc.

10. We only accept return if the shoes have more than 5cm stain, holes, wrong shoes sent by Agape Boutique.

11. We do not hold responsibility for broken heels when customer receive the item. We will check every pair of our shoe before deliver, if we find out the heels broken or sole came out, we will not send out the item. Therefore if customer receive the item in broken piece, please let us know asap and we will check with our courier company.

12. Please note that NO ORIGINAL SHOE BOX will be provided during shipping, we will use other box to ship it. All shoes are imported from overseas factory and we are using air freight to ship the shoe so that buyer may get it earlier. Therefore if shoe box is included, the air freight will be higher, as the result the shoe price will be higher as well.

Anyway, the most important is the shoe was in good condition and nice, box does not really matter right ?

Pig Skin Lining Dilemma

All shoe size are given in UK size. Please view the above for comparison.

If you worried that sizes given might not be that accurate, here are some guides that I found on internet that might help you.

1. First, lay a piece of paper on the floor & tape the edge of the paper.

2. Stand on the paper with your larger foot. Normally is the opposite of our writing hand. Meaning if you are left hander, your right foot will be slightly bigger.

3. Take a pencil to trace the outline of your foot onto the paper.

4. Draw a straight line at the END of the traced foot, another line on the tip of your LONGEST toe.

5. Use a centimeter ruler to measure the draw the edge of your leg to measure the width of your leg

6. The longest length and the widest width of your leg will be the size for your shoe. View the above shoe size chart for details.

How to Wear Fake Eyelashes

1. To start with clean eye lids, curl your real lashes
The adhesive (glue ) will not stick on oily skin/oil based makeup.
Use eyelash curler and curl your own lashes (Mascara optional)

2. Most false eyelashes will need to be trimmed.
Trim just a little at a time. Then check them by holding them on your eyelid and seeing how well they fit across your eye lid. Make sure they don’t extend past your eyelid. Do all your trimming before applying the Glue.

3.Third step is to add glue to the fake eyelashes.
Don’t use too much. Let the glue become semi-dry, (takes about 30 sec)

4.Start applying your false eyelashes from the outside corner
Press and hold the fake eyelashes as close to your own lash line as possible.
You can use tweezers too.
(To unify the look of your new lashes apply liquid eyeliner over both)

How to order from Agape Boutique?

Step 1: Find Your Favourite
Find the products you want to buy Read, understand and agree to the Terms & Conditions. Most of the products come with details such as picture, sizing, material, design, pricing and etc. Please go through it carefully

Step 2: Fill In The Order Form
Click and fill in the order form which was prepared. The form is prepared on 10 items format, you may write the additional on remarks columne if you ordered more than 10pcs.

Step 3: Waiting For Our Reply
Wait for our reply WITHIN 24 HOUR. You will receive a confirmation from us with our bank information and an exact amount to bank in.

Step 4: Bank in payment
We only accept payment to Public Bank & Maybank account at the moment You can pay to use either Online Banking, ATM Transfer, Cash Deposit Terminals or Over The Counter Direct Bank-in at your convenience. Please take note that payment via Interbank/Giro Transfers usually takes 24 to 48 hours to clear.
Please email/msn us the transaction date and amount after your successful transaction.

Step 5: Wait for your Product

We will deliver it right to your doorstep through a reliable courier service provider.

Where do you deliver to?
Anywhere in Malaysia. An international buyers need to check with us on delivery charges outside Malaysia. We cannot deliver to a PO Box address or APO/FPO addresses.

Can I shop for family and friends of another country?
Yes you can and please check with us on shipping charges before you bank in the money. When you place your order, just fill in your details in the order form and write down the receiver's details with address in the Remarks column. Your recipient may receive our invoice meant for customs and duties, with the retail price of the item stated and may be taxed upon delivery depending on the country it is delivered to. If you wish to pay for taxes or avoid sending the invoice to your recipient overseas, please inform us. There will be service charges charged by our courier company for these.

Can I request you to send out the clothes as a gift to someone?
Yes of course. Let us know and we will be glad to help you in preparing it without any charges (FREE). We will prepare a gift card with your personalized message in it for any seasonal or special occasions too.

Can I request for special delivery dates?
Yes of course. If you require delivery on a special date, just email/msn us your transaction date, amount you have bank in and specify your special delivery dates. Otherwise, we will send out your items once we receive your payment notification.

What if I do not receive my items?
You can track the items with a tracking number at our courier service website. All the details will provide to you once we have sent out your products. Also, you can email/msn us to assist you in checking the shipment status.

1. Items sold are not refundable or exchangeable. We will include a detailed description of every item for the buyers to refer.

2. Buyer should allow within 1-2inch discrepancies for the measurements stated on dresses due to different ways of measurement.

3. Due to setting of the monitor, color might be slightly different with the picture posted, therefore, we will state the actual color of the item.

4. Buyer may request for gift delivery. Contact us and we will be glad to help you in preparing a gift card with personalized message with NO charges (FREE).

5. Buyer may request for special/appointed delivery date. Just simply indicated the date you wish your goods to be delivered.

6. We will not hold any further responsibility after the items have shipped out from our place.

7. All items will be delivered only after the payment has been made.

8. Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone in during daytime as PosLaju requires signature upon delivery. If not, they will drop the parcel at the nearest PosLaju office and you will have to collect it yourself there.

Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

1. Please bank-in the total amount once you have placed the order. Order will not be placed if full payment did not receive.

2. We are launching first come first serve service. Whoever pays first will get the clothes first.

3. If items is no longer available, we will contact you and refund you the total amount.

4. Once order placed to factory, will take around 10 days to arrive our shop.

5. Once received and checked, we will send out the cloths within 1-3days to all customers.

6. Our factory located at overseas, sometime shipment might delay due to weather, customs clearance and other unforeseen circumstances.

7. We are placing the order directly from factory, therefore we are not able to personally view & check out the quality of items one by one and we will not hold responsible for it.

8. Customer will need to bear the risk for all pre-order items. We will not hold responsible for complaint such as different color, not as nice as imagine, too small, too big, quality not as good as imagine, small stain, don’t like the color and etc.

9. We only accept return if the cloths have more than 5cm stain, holes or cloths send out wrongly by us.
